The various in-line sheet metal process comprises of operation like directly feeding the ductwork blank from thecoil, leveling, stiffening, notching for the comer fold, shearing and folding. Other feature like in-line forming of Pittsburgh male and female seam and TDF flanges are included in more advance version of Auto Duct Lines.
Operation like notching, shearing and folding are achieved through hydraulics.
All the operations are automatically controlled by advance controller which is easy to understand and operate.
